DAIRY
Jean-Yves Bordier became a butter artisan in St. Malo in Brittany in 1985, acquiring “La Maison du Beurre” creamery, founded in 1927.
We have 2 natural taste butters unsalted and salted. And 12 flavoured butters smoked salted, yuzu, seaweed, lemony Olive oil butters and many others year-round …. but there are also seasonal butters like raspberry, fennel and onion Roscoff during limited time periods.

Condiments

Confiserie

Truffle
They have decided on vertical diversification with the development of truffle fields only in the Nouvelle Aquitaine Region to be consistent with their regional anchorage.
They have put in place specifications that consist of a drastic selection of the soils most conducive to truffle development, tillage with specific tools, a particular tree pruning and the establishment of reasoned irrigation to compensate for rainfall shortages.
They use 20% of their production to enrich the soil of the truffle fields with spores.
This regular injection of truffle into the soil makes it possible to energize the mycorrhiza and develop the spores of the truffle.
