Anne Rozès is a renowned French artisanal brand from the Basque Country, established in 1970 by Anne and Philippe Rozès. Rooted in family tradition dating back to 1855, the brand is celebrated for its high-quality, handmade products like foie gras, duck rillettes, Espelette pepper pâté, and traditional Basque dishes.

Anne and Philippe Rozes created the cannery in 197. The Anne Rozes cannery has been cooking duck, pork and veal, as well as legumes such as lentils. In their jar you will find duck rillons, pate and the famous black pudding according the recipe of the 2 Michelin stars Chef, Christian Parra.
