Anne Rozes
Located just outside the village of Hasparren and the village of the Bastide-Clairence classified most beautiful village in France, you will find the Anne Rozès Cannery.
Coming from a long family tradition in spirits, Anne and Philippe Rozès created the cannery in 1970. The Anne Rozès Cannery has been cooking duck, pork and veal, as well as legumes such as lentils and white beans of French origin. In their jars you will find duck rillons, pâté au piment d'Espelette and the famous black pudding according to the recipe of the double star Michelin chef, Christian Parra, who joined the company as a partner in 2005.
