Maison Clarance

Originally, François LORIN was a farmer in Eure et Loir, with his brother. Family’s farmers since 1950, they grow wheat, malting barley, rapeseed, flax and beets. It was on his native land near Chartres in Digny that François had the idea of diversifying the farm by reintroducing a forgotten crop: mustard.
It is the only 100% mustard produced in France using French grown mustard seeds grinded on a stone surface to extract the flavors of the seeds.
