Maison Burgaud is based in Challans, the Burgaud family and their famous duck have carved out a place for themselves in the world of gastronomy. The origin of this family adventure dates back to the 1940s.

The duck are not bled, hence the well-know name “blood duck”. More tasty and exceptionally tender chair.
