In the heart of the Baux-de-Provence Valley and the Alpilles Regional Natural Park, in the typical Provencal village of Maussane, stands the Moulin Jean-Marie Cornille since the 17thcentury.

Xavier Alazard, the nephew of Jean-Marie Cornille, took over the family land 3 years ago to preserve his family’s know-how and develop incredible olive oils. He works his land in a traditional way, emulating his ancestors and their techniques.
