Aléna is the result of a long reflection and a new approach to the production of truffles.

Unlike other traders, they decided to start this adventure at the source, that is, in the truffle fields.

Today, with their partners, they manage more than 120 hectares of truffle fields in Aquitaine, making them the most important producers of black truffles also known as Melano or Périgord in France

Their regular and rigorous work make it possible to produce a melanosporum truffle acclaimed by the biggest names in gastronomy around the world.
